In the afternoon of 19 July 2018, the priests of the Chapter of Santo Domingo met at the Chapter Room of the Priory of St. Thomas Aquinas in Manila. They were joined by two priests who intended to join the fraternity: Fr. Dennis Espejo (Diocese of Malolos) and Fr. Richard Lagos (Diocese of San Jose, Nueva Ecija). In this regard, fr. Florentino Bolo Jr., OP, Provincial Promoter, gave the candidates an orientation about the Priestly Fraternities and the Dominican Family.
Afterwards, the prior of the fraternity, Fr. Jun Arvie Bello of the Diocese of Cubao, presided over the business meeting, with other members present: Frs. Reymond Rodriguez and Fr. Glen Parco (Apostolic Vicariate of Puerto Princesa); Fr. Garry Toribio (Diocese of Malolos); and Fr. Jay de Leon (Diocese of Kalookan).
